At Wireless Depot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards, promotional items, clearance or final sale products
- Personal hygiene items (e.g., earphones/headsets) that have been opened

3. How to Request a Return
Contact us via email at info@wirelessdepotsa.com or phone at +1 210 928 8000. We will provide return instructions and authorization. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Wireless Depot is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
